With a Bachelor’s in Communications and an MBA with a concentration in Operations, I bring together two disciplines that rarely meet: the art of storytelling and the science of systems. Communication, to me, isn’t a soft skill—it’s infrastructure. It’s the mechanism that builds trust, accelerates adoption, and makes change sustainable.
